Reporting

🔖 Introduction:  Impact-Feasibility Matrix

The impact-feasibility matrix is a strategic decision-making tool used to evaluate and prioritize ideas based on their potential impact and feasibility. In collaboration with stakeholders, we used the matrix to prioritize both stakeholder and player-contributed ideas.

🔖 The Comprehensive Results (+ Past Sessions)

Finally, we synthesized the results of the previous player workshops and proposed the following strategic priorities for each persona. (For example, the needs were identified during the player workshops, and we generated and prioritized opportunities based on these needs through both the player and stakeholder workshops).

My Role

Orchestrating Co-Creation & Research

Leading a small group of researchers, I had the opportunity to orchestrate co-creation and conduct research on Sudden Attack. Our objective was not only to conduct research but also to develop UX strategies to assist the product team in setting priorities and making decisions to steer the game’s direction.

Players & Stakeholder Co-Creation

Initially, we set our objectives for co-creation as follows and decided to organize a series of workshops to achieve them.

  1. Understand and build empathy with players
